Requirements
Age Requirement: 23+
Experience: 1-2 years depending on location and type of experience
No Hazmat Required
Allowable Accidents: 1 non DOT record-able within the past 3 years
Moving Violations: 2 within past 12 months, 3 within past 36 months; some violations are automatic dis-qualifiers
DUI or DWI Violations: None within the past 5 years (including any suspensions or revocations related to the DUI/DWI/OWI convictions)
Felony Convictions: Felony and Misdemeanor convictions within past 7 years are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Must be able to read/speak/write/understand English
