DISPATCH, PAY AND MILES
- Solo OTR Drivers .61cpm (includes bonus) Solo 9 State Regional .61cpm (includes bonus) (Drivers must live in Arkansas, Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, or Shreveport to New Orleans area of Louisiana) Team OTR Drivers .75cpm (includes bonus) Paid Household Mover miles
- 3,000 Average Miles Per Week
- Equipment Type: Refrigerated
- Equipment Brands: Freightliners and Kenworths
- Equipment Age: Avg. 2 years
- Run types: OTR and Regional out of AR
- Direct Deposit
- Weekly settlements
- W2’s (no 1099)
ADDITIONAL PAY
- Layover Pay: $75 per day after 24 hours
- Stop Pay: $10 per stop (3 or more)
- Detention Pay: $10 per hour after 2 hours of your appointment Paid Lumpers, Scales, & Tolls (Elite-Pass Installed) Sign-on Bonus: $2000* (*call to see if you qualify) Referral Bonus Mileage Bonus
- Incentive bonus & Per Diem
HOME TIME
- OTR – Minimum 2 weeks out 2 to 3 days off Regional – home most weekends 100% No Touch Freight

Company Driver Requirements
- 25+ years old
- 24 months experience
- No hazmat required
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months, no more than 2 in the last 36 months No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months, no more than 2 in the last 36 months No DUI or DWI Violations
